30-Day Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Condition
Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Return
Email us at andronishartry429@outlook.com to start. If approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.

Damages or Issues
Check your order immediately. If defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us right away.

Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges
Return the original item, then place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU orders: you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Same condition applies (unused, tags, original packaging, proof of purchase).

Refunds
Once we inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take extra time. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact us at andronishartry429@outlook.com.
